Great vacation but some glitches

The Mexico hotel check in process takes FOREVER and, after a long travel day they want to talk about timeshares!! Then we could not get into our room until 4:30 PM in an empty resort :( Wifi worked well except you will need to sign into it several times a day! All that being said, it is a great resort.
